How Special Orders Work
- Submit the part information
Send us the manufacturer, model number, part number, revision, quantity and any required testing or condition details. Photographs of the original component or equipment label are also helpful.
- We check availability
We search our supplier network and review the available model, revision, apparent condition and expected lead time. Because used industrial inventory changes quickly, availability is confirmed as close to the time of ordering as possible.
- Place the order
Products marked “Special Order” are not physically held in our Canadian inventory at the time of purchase. Payment allows us to begin procurement of the requested item.
- The item is received and checked
Whenever practical, special-order products are first received at our Canadian location. We verify the model and revision and complete the inspection or testing described in the product listing.
- We ship your order
After the item passes the stated inspection or testing, it is shipped to the customer. Tracking information is provided when the order is dispatched.
Important Information
• Special-order availability is subject to change until procurement is completed.
• The exact manufacturer, model and revision ordered will be verified before shipment.
• Estimated processing time is shown in the individual listing or quotation.
• Testing is limited to the procedures specifically stated in the listing.
• Cables, terminal boards, software and accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
• If we cannot obtain the correct item, or if the item does not pass the stated inspection, the customer will receive a full refund.
• Shipping, taxes, duties and import requirements depend on the destination.
