2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Canada
- Standard (0–1 kg): CAD $7.99
- Heavy (1–5 kg): CAD $12.99
United States
- Standard USA (0–1 kg): CAD $14.99
- Heavy USA (1–5 kg): CAD $19.99
Additional charges may apply for oversized or very heavy items. If required, we will contact you before shipping.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
5. Tracking
Most shipments include a tracking number. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
