Refund & Return Policy

1. General Policy

At ReValue Deals Canada, many of our products are open-box or refurbished items. We carefully test and inspect all items before shipping. Because of the nature of these products, our return policy may differ from traditional retail stores.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, including accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Return" are not eligible for returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software or digital products
  • Opened consumables (ink, toner, etc.)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or user error

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, DOA item, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return label or refund the return shipping cost (with receipt).

If the return is due to customer reasons (changed mind, wrong model ordered, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  1. Contact us at info@revaluedeals.ca with your order number.
  2. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
