These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through ReValue Industrial. ReValue Industrial is operated by ReValue Deals Canada, a Canadian business based in Markham, Ontario, Canada.

2. Products and Condition

We sell used, open-box, refurbished, and other previously owned industrial automation equipment, computer systems, and related components.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately identify each product's manufacturer, model, part number, revision, condition, included components, and available testing information.

Because many products are previously owned, minor cosmetic wear or signs of prior installation may be present unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

3. Industrial Parts and Compatibility

Industrial automation components may be specific to a particular model, revision, machine, controller, interface, or system configuration.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before ordering. Product photographs, model numbers, part numbers, and revision information should be reviewed carefully.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Orders are processed after successful payment.

5. Product Availability

Products identified as In Stock are normally available for regular order processing.

Products identified as Presale, Special Order, Backorder, or similar may require additional sourcing, testing, or preparation time. Applicable availability or estimated handling information will be stated in the individual product listing.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should review product model, revision, condition, and compatibility information before ordering specialized industrial components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReValue Industrial and ReValue Deals Canada are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, incompatibility, or inability to use products purchased through our website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
